What is your return policy?

We will gladly exchange in-stock accessories in new condition accompanied y original receipt within 15 days. NO RETURN or EXCHANGE are not special order are subject to a 30% restocking fee. The balance of any return will be issued in the form of store credit only. Please note that any item sold is "as is" condition may not be returned under any circumstances. Beddings cannot be returned.

Where are you located?

We deliver anywhere in the United Arab Emirates with a variety of delivery options to best serve you. Shipping costs vary depending upon the forwarders.

What kind of guarantees do you make regarding your furniture?

We understand that it is a leap of faith for you to place an order with someone you don’t know. We try to ease your fears by revealing our website. Our promise is to deliver to you the best piece of classical, modern and contemporary furnishings that we offer. We strive and we stand behind every piece we sell. The guarantee differs from each manufacturer. If you do not find the manufacturers guarantee on our FAQ page please do not hesitate to call our customer hotline.

When do you pay for my furniture and how much do I pay?

Payment can be made by credit card, cash, cheque or money order. To place an order requires 50% to start the order. Upon receipt of your deposit, your order is placed immediately. We will deliver. The balance of your order must be received prior to delivery and shipping for cash sales. We try our best to complete each order by the agreed upon date. However, circumstances beyond our control might cause delay. For our installment plan we require a minimum25% downpayment and the remaining balance equally divided to the number of months approved.

What if my furniture arrives damaged?

Damaged furniture is rare, but incase you get damaged furniture, you should make sure to take a digital photo of the damages including the name of the delivery person. Call us immediately and we shall guide you on how to resolve the matter at the earliest time possible.

What if I damage my merchandise and would like to fix it?

Depending on what you did to it, contact us and we will discuss with you the possible solutions. If needed we will get shipping both ways

Do you have instructions on assembling furniture?

Assembly instructions are always included with the furniture. It is very important that these instructions be followed completely. Call us or email us of you have questions regarding assembling furniture.
